My mom even went in for a consultation and got it done!&amp;nbsp;(she's losing weight for her health too!)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Anyways what they do is you buy sessions ($100 a peice)&amp;nbsp; and they put these weird paddles on areas of your stomach that like melts the fat. It's completely painless. After that you do a 15 minute work out to burn the fat and then sit in a sauna for an hour.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font color="#800080"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.bodyformingclinic.com/gallery.html"&gt;http://www.bodyformingclinic.com/gallery.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;there are some of the results. It's amazing! I'm not that fat so it shouldn't take very many sessions for me!&amp;nbsp; Plus I'm not going to stop my workout and diet, so that will just speed up the process SO&amp;nbsp;MUCH.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;my package will cost $625. But that's just a small price to pay to gain back my confidence.&lt;br /&gt;I'm so excited. &lt;br /&gt;And with these workouts and stuff i feel so good! And healthy! And like I can walk up a flight of stairs without wanted to keel over. I can also see little differences in my body, like i said before! It's just fantastic, Who know working out could also build your confidence LOL. And I work out all at home so i don't have to worry about being judged! I managed to fit in a half and hour of wii (it feels so pathetic now compaired to the hour and half i usually now do) then i had to quit to study (apparently i understand priorities LOL&amp;nbsp; and in the end i didn't even need to study so i could have worked out for and hour more.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;though, the best news is now.&lt;br /&gt;according to the wii fit game. I finally dropped enough weight that I am no longer considered &amp;quot;overweight&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;I am so extremely happy. I am now &amp;quot;In danger of being overweight&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;which is one step away from Normal! and it's not the worst one. AND i am&amp;nbsp; FINALLY seeing changes in my body. Little ones but they're big to me. Like my 'love handles' are getting smaller ;D&lt;br /&gt;YAY!&lt;br /&gt;Anyways I'm in class right now (that's how crazy busy my day was)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also again i'm so satisfied with the slimquick pills. I am not hungry (considering the LACK of food i've eaten today) and usually if i haven't eaten more I feel faint and get the shakes. I feel full and full of energy.&lt;br /&gt;Right now usually in my 7pm class i need a coffee or an energy drink (i've cut out both so ahh!) but i don't feel tired! And if i can drop 10 pounds a month i'm set!! They day I started the pills.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;I dropped a pound!! I know it's not much at all, but i'm still very excited!&amp;nbsp;i feel so much better already ! Getting healthier and eating less and healthier!! even after i skipped working out yesterday. I had to work all day and the do homework so i didn't find the time.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I started my 'slimquick' diet pills today so i'll test these out to see if they actually work.&amp;nbsp;I am working out and following a meal plan and not just taking the pills and hoping the pounds will melt off. Which is good,&amp;nbsp;But sitting up makes me abs ache. Haha&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm slowly changing my eating&amp;nbsp;habits,&amp;nbsp;and resisting&amp;nbsp;from snacking&amp;nbsp;(Wayy harder than you think)&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;I am going to&amp;nbsp;cut out&amp;nbsp;bread completely soon,&amp;nbsp; and i've&amp;nbsp;already cut out all&amp;nbsp;chip! Pop is another&amp;nbsp;thing i need to cut out, I usually drink&amp;nbsp;water! But I often find myself slipping after a hard&amp;nbsp;day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My mom&amp;nbsp;makes delicious home&amp;nbsp;cooked meals which i can't resist. I&amp;nbsp;sware&amp;nbsp;I'd weigh 30 pounds less if i lived alone.&amp;nbsp;LOL&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm going to amp up my workout time more, because i'm starting to doubt that the wii fit is actually doing anything.&lt;br /&gt;I need to take &amp;quot;week 1's&amp;quot; photo, hopefully i'll get that done tomorrow before work.&amp;nbsp;I'm going to start using the treadmill thing i have. &lt;br /&gt;I am so exhausted. And it's been nearly 4 months since i've started this (and ended&amp;nbsp;LOL)&amp;nbsp;I only stopped it because the holidays were coming up and i knew i wouldn't be able to control myself from all the cookies and cakes.&amp;nbsp;Luckily for me i didn't gain any weight! On the down side, i didn't lose any either.&lt;/p&gt;I'm back on this now, but my goal to lose 40 pounds before i'm 19 will be almost impossible. (I turn 19 in 31 days.... and that'd be extremely unhealthy)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do have a doctors appointment in a week exactly and he is watching my weight so i need to lose like 5 pounds before then. haha.&amp;nbsp;So this starts again.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm going to do 30 minutes everyday on my wii fit, and 30 minutes on that crazy treadmill thing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I just did my 30 minutes of wii fit and now i'm just cooling down before i do the treadmill.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Then i might just go and do my homework&amp;nbsp;LOL.&lt;/p&gt;lets hope i keep with this, cause i want&amp;nbsp;a banging body before summer</content>

I've decided to update this weekly because of time. So I'll be updating on fridays or saturdays!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've only lost about 6 pounds. It's been up and down a bit because i'll admit i've been slacking on the excersize. I don't get the time to work out every days so i've been doing it about every second or third day. I am keeping on the diet though!&amp;nbsp;There have only be 2 days where I've splurged. One day was a birthday party so I thought i'd endugle.&amp;nbsp;But that came and kicked me in the butt. haha. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am proud though. I've managed to work my way up from 10 minutes on the treadmill to 30 minutes. I could go more but i don't want to push to hard and my knees start to ache after about 5 minutes&amp;nbsp;:/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Though i haven't lost a ton of pounds I can see a little difference in my body and face. And it really boosts my confidence! I know it's not a huge difference and people don't even notice, but it's good to be a little happy with how i look! I still can't believe that i've stuck it this&amp;nbsp;as long as i have.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;:)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;See you next week!&lt;br /&gt;I hope that by next saturday I'll weight about 165 ! Finially be the weight of the drivers licience LOL&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~ Ash&lt;/p&gt;</content>

STORY OF MY LIFE.&lt;br /&gt;LOL so I went grocery shopping after work. Bought every single bit of fruit i could afford. A ton of like that ativia yogurt (which ironically expires tomorrow, fucking work!)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;#39;Arial&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;; mso-fareast-font-family: &amp;#39;Times New Roman&amp;#39;; mso-fareast-language: EN-CA"&gt;The work outs arn't as bad as i thougth they'd be. My treadmill thing can be pulled right in front of the TV so i can just work out and watch the tellie. And just like the other fail attempts I'm actually serious about this. There have been one too many signs that I need to lose weight lately. &lt;br /&gt;But what pushed me over the edge was last night. My friends and I decided to go swimming. Yeah red flag there. I would have rather been hit by a semi, but there was no way out of it. So reluctantly I dug out the &amp;lsquo;ol swimsuit and went swimming. See, something you don't exactly realize is that when you go swimming, you're practically naked. It leaves VERY little to the imagination. With clothes is very easy to hide those lumps and bumps, but with a swimsuit, there is virtually no way. &lt;br /&gt;So today is going to be my turning point. For too many years I have struggled with my weight and have let it take over my life. It's been affecting me emotionally and hindering me. It's taken a toll on love live as well. So enough is enough and today I say goodbye to my flab! &lt;br /&gt;This will be a struggle, because I love fatty foods and don't have a lot of time for exercise. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; mso-fareast-font-family: &amp;#39;Times New Roman&amp;#39;; mso-fareast-language: EN-CA"&gt;I've set a list of rules I'll have to abide by and hopefully this won't take years. I know it's very unhealthy to lose a lot of weight at once. Believe me I know. I have dieted before and lost 20 pounds in two weeks. I was severely sick, so let's not repeat that! I just don&amp;rsquo;t want this to take 2 years. But I need to make it more structured than that. So I've decided I wish to drop 40 pounds before my 19th birthday. That gives me 5 months to shed those pounds! So I've decided to make it a goal to lose about 10 pounds a month.
